Keller ~1,037 sq ft Trex deck — aerial views & full build walkthrough
A gorgeous deck with a stunning view — watch the real job: pressure-treated framing, Trex Enhance picture-frame decking, cedar posts with stainless cable rail, steel pile foundation, and 4′ stairs with Trex treads.
What you will see in this video
You follow a time-and-material build of roughly 1,037 sq ft: pressure-treated framing (2×8, 2×6, 4×12, 4×6) at 12" on center with hangers, steel pile foundation, and Trex Enhance decking in Toasted Sand and Coastal Bluff with a seamless picture-frame layout.
You see cedar posts and stainless steel cable railing with a composite top cap (mounted outside the deck), 4′ wide pressure-treated stairs tied to footers with Trex treads and smooth treated risers — plus how we run the site. Scope here does not include work on existing house framing or siding, or the permitting process (called out separately in the contract).
