Terms & Conditions

Last updated: March 9, 2026

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Deck Masters' website, communications, and services. By requesting an estimate, entering into a project, or otherwise engaging with us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Estimates & Scope of Work

All estimates are provided based on the information available at the time of quoting. Final pricing and scope may be adjusted if site conditions, material availability, or requested changes differ from what was originally discussed. Any changes will be communicated and approved in writing.

2. Scheduling & Access

Project start dates are estimates and may shift due to weather, permitting, supplier delays, or other factors beyond our control. You agree to provide reasonable access to the property, including power and clear working areas, for the duration of the project.

3. Payments

Payment schedules, deposits, and accepted payment methods will be outlined in your project agreement. Late payments may be subject to fees as described in your contract. Ownership of materials may remain with Deck Masters until payment is received in full.

4. Communications & Messaging

By providing your contact information and agreeing to our Terms, you consent to receive phone calls, emails, and SMS messages related to scheduling, project updates, and service coordination. Messaging and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to any SMS to opt out of non-essential text communications.

5. Marketing Communications

Separate from project-related communications, you may choose to opt in to receive promotional or marketing messages about new services, offers, or updates. Consent for marketing messages is not required to obtain a quote or complete a purchase. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in the message.

6. Warranties & Workmanship

Any workmanship or material warranties will be described in your agreement or on your invoice. Normal wear and tear, misuse, lack of maintenance, or modifications by others are not covered.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Deck Masters is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, communications, or services. Our total liability in connection with any project is limited to the amounts actually paid for that project.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of our website or services after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
