922 sq ft TimberTech deck in Anchorage
A massive, seamless TimberTech build with custom white aluminum railing and stainless steel cable wires, designed for a high-end look and long-term durability.
Project overview
This project features a approximately 922 sq ft deck constructed with pressure-treated framing (2x8, 2x6, 4x12, 4x6). The decking is TimberTech in 'Dark Roast' with a seamless design, and white aluminum posts with stainless steel cable railing installed on the outside for a modern feel.
In addition to the main deck, we built a custom storage shed under the front door steps using smooth treated lap siding, matching the existing architecture of the home. The build used steel piles for a solid foundation and hidden fasteners for a clean finish.
